Who is this for?
Founder-led businesses, roughly $1 million to $20 million, that want more of the right customers and would rather use AI well than read about it. It’s not for you if you want the cheapest website this week.
What do you build?
Your brand, your website and the marketing behind them: getting found on Google, Maps and AI answers, ads, follow-up and the numbers that show what’s working. Our team designs it around how your buyers decide; AI does the legwork so it moves faster.
How does a build start?
You apply, and we talk. If it’s a fit, we start with your GrowthMap™, the plan for your business, and scope the build from it, so you only pay for what the plan calls for.
Who will I work with?
A small team led by Ben Kouba, who has run LEAF9 since 2009. We take on no more than two new build or advisory clients a month, so you won’t be handed to a junior account manager.
What does it cost?
Builds start at $25,000 and are scoped from your plan, so you only pay for what it calls for. Ongoing GrowthMap™ advisory is $1,500 a month. Building it yourself: the GrowthMap™ is $297 once and includes AI Foundations and your first three GrowthKits™ as they release. GrowthKits™ are coming soon (checks $49, kits $79, projects $149), and GrowthMap™ members pay 30% less.
How are you different from other agencies?
Most agencies build the site and move on. We start with your plan, build around how your buyers decide, and stay reachable: you talk to the people doing the work. Owners tell us we deliver what other vendors promised and didn’t.
Where does AI fit, and where doesn’t it?
AI does the legwork: research, drafts of pages, ads and follow-ups, and the weekly numbers. People set the strategy and approve what goes out. The plan is designed by people who’ve done this for 17 years; AI is how you carry it out faster.
Will this replace my team?
