It starts with Ben reading your plan, then runs on one rhythm every month. You keep making the calls; we make sure they’re made with the numbers in front of you.

    A one-hour call

    We read what moved and what didn’t, decide what to keep, cut and do next, and update your plan.

    Unlimited questions through your member portal, answered one at a time, in the order they come in.

Do I need the GrowthMap™ first?

Yes. Advisory works from your plan, and the GrowthMap™ is where the plan lives. It’s $297, and you can apply as soon as you’re in.

How is this different from a Full Build?

In advisory, you and your team do the work and we steer it with you every month. In a Full Build, our team builds it for you. You can start with advisory and add a build when the plan calls for one.

What happens on the monthly call?

It’s an hour on the phone. We read what happened since last time, decide what to keep, cut and do next, and update your GrowthMap™.

What if I have a question between calls?

Ask it in your member portal. Questions are unlimited; we answer them one at a time, in the order they come in.

Can someone from my team join?

Yes, one person from your team can join the call. Bring the one who does the work.

Is there a contract?

The first three months are a commitment, so the plan has time to work. After that, cancel any time.

What if all eight seats are taken?

You join the waitlist, and we let you know when a seat opens. Your GrowthMap™ keeps working in the meantime.
