Terms of Use
Effective October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and LEAF9 LLC (“we,” “us”) for using leaf9.com, the GrowthMap™ app at leaf9.com/app/, and the digital products we sell, such as the GrowthMap™ and GrowthKits™. By using the site, creating an account or buying a product, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using Leaf9 for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.
Custom website and marketing projects are covered by a separate written agreement we sign with you. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls for that project.
Who can use Leaf9
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. Our products are meant for business use.
Your account
- Give us accurate information and keep it current.
- Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account, so tell us right away at the email below if you think someone else has used it.
- One account is for one person or business. Please do not share it.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, misuses the app or puts other users or our systems at risk.
Purchases and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars on the product page and at checkout, and payment is processed by Stripe. You authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method for the total shown when you buy. You are responsible for any taxes that apply. Prices may change, but a change never affects a purchase you have already made.
All sales of digital products are final. Because digital products and app access are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, except where the law requires one or where a product page or written offer from us says otherwise. If something you bought does not work or was not delivered, email us and we will make it right.
Your license to our products
When you buy a digital product or get access to the app, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own business (or the one business you bought it for). You may use, adapt and print the materials for that business, and you keep the plans, pages and other work you create with them.
You may not:
- Resell, share, sublicense, give away or publish our products, templates, prompts or course materials, in whole or in part.
- Use them to create a competing product, course or service.
- Share your login, or use the materials for clients or other businesses without a written agreement with us.
- Copy, scrape, reverse engineer or interfere with the app or the site.
Leaf9 owns the site, the app, our products and the GrowthMap™ and GrowthKits™ names. Except for the license above, these terms do not give you any rights to them.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you enter into the app, including your business details, answers, voice notes and uploads. You give us permission to store and process that content, including through the AI and other providers described in our Privacy Policy, only to run the app and provide our services to you. You are responsible for having the right to share what you upload, and for not entering anything unlawful or anything you are not permitted to share.
Early access: the app is provided as is
The GrowthMap™ app is new and in early access. Features may change, be added or be removed, and there may be bugs or downtime. The app and our products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows. We will do our best to keep your data safe and the app running, but please keep your own copy of anything important.
AI-generated content
Parts of the app use artificial intelligence to draft plans, copy and recommendations. AI output can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and it can resemble content created for others. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and checking anything the app produces before you use, publish or rely on it, including making sure that claims about your business are true and that your marketing follows the laws and advertising rules that apply to you.
Not professional advice
Our products, app and content are for general business and marketing education. They are not legal, financial, tax, accounting or other professional advice, and they do not guarantee any particular result, such as more leads, sales or revenue. Results depend on your business, your market and how you use the materials. For decisions that need professional advice, talk to a qualified professional.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site or the app to break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, send spam, create misleading or harmful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access, overload or disrupt our systems, or use automated tools to collect data from them.
Third-party services
The site and app rely on and link to services run by others, such as Stripe, Supabase and our AI providers. Their own terms apply to them, and we are not responsible for their services or content.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Leaf9 and its owners, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the site, the app or our products, even if we were told they were possible.
Our total liability for any claim related to these terms, the site, the app or our products is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service the claim relates to in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100 if you have not paid us anything.
Some states do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
Indemnity
If someone brings a claim against us because of content you entered, published or used, or because you broke these terms or the law, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it, including attorney’s fees.
Ending these terms
You can stop using Leaf9 and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms. The sections on licenses and restrictions, your content, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law continue to apply after your access ends.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, please email us so we can try to resolve it informally first.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the business and the app change. We will update the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will tell account holders by email or in the app. Continuing to use Leaf9 after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
General
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed project agreement, are the whole agreement between us about their subject. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term right away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.
